- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was charged 55 dollars to get them to write a note so my son could take medicine at school. Saw the doctor for 2 minutes without my son, so he could write the note and was not informed that this would be charged. I will not be going back, to me this establishment is unethical if they can honestly justify this. I'm saddened that in this family area this is the service given...December 18, 2016by Brie Lovelace
